How do I become a customer at Primex?

Go to "Login" in the upper right corner and select 'Create Account'. We will process your request and create a webshop account.

Where can I change my company details?

In 'My Account' it's possible to change company details. For changes in your invoice address or company name, please use this contact form.

Can I receive a copy of an invoice?

Of course, please send this request to finance@primex.nl and our finance department will e-mail you the copy as soon as possible.

Where can I find a special price for an inquiry?

Please e-mail your request to info@primex.nl and we contact you as soon as possible.

Does Primex deliver products to private persons?

Unfortunately, we only deliver to resellers.

Is it possible to visit your showroom?

We like to show you the collection in our showroom. It's best to make an appointment by mailing info@primex.nl

What's the status of my package?

In the order history you'll find a 'track' button for each order. Track and Trace information is also send by e-mail when your order leaves our warehouse.

When can I expect my package?

Ordered before 16:00 (Friday till 15:00) ? Your order will be shipped the same day.

Can I ship my order per express?

It's possible depending on which country, the options will be shown in the order process.

Can I receive my package on a Saturday?

It's possible depending on which country, the option will be shown in the order process.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

Yes of course, Monday - Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 you can come to our warehouse. Please select this option while finishing the order and mention the time in the comments. We will make sure it's ready for you.
